ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਦਾਨ 'ਚ ਉਤਰਨਗੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ: ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਦਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਬੰਦ
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੜਨਗੇ। ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੜਨਗੇ। ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਵੀਂ ਮੰਗ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਸਵਰਗਵਾਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਲੰਮਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਜਲਾਲਾਬਾਦ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਬਦਲਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਸ਼ਬਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਔਖੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸਘਾਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ (ਡਿੰਪੀ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ) ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (AAP) ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਧੋਖੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ 14 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲਿਟਮਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਾਂਗ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਦਾ ਜਲਾਲਾਬਾਦ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ 1969 ਤੋਂ 1985 ਤੱਕ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜ ਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਹਲਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝਾਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ 2027 ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal has made a major political announcement, declaring that he will contest the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections from the Gidderbaha constituency. He made this announcement on Monday while inaugurating the party office in Gidderbaha, following strong demand from party workers. It is noteworthy that Gidderbaha has been a traditional stronghold of the Badal family, represented for a long time by the late Parkash Singh Badal. Previously, Sukhbir Badal contested from Jalalabad, but he has now decided to change his constituency.
On this occasion, Sukhbir Badal launched a sharp verbal attack on leaders who have left the party. He clearly stated that the doors of Akali Dal are forever closed for those who betrayed the party during difficult times. He specifically mentioned Hardeep Singh Dhillon (Dimpy Dhillon), who left SAD to join the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and won the Gidderbaha seat in the November 2024 by-election. Sukhbir said that there is no question of re-inducting such betrayers into the party.
During his visit, Sukhbir Badal also met with candidates contesting the upcoming Zila Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections scheduled for December 14. Addressing the workers, he said that these Panchayati Raj elections are like a litmus test for the party. He appealed to all workers and office-bearers to work unitedly and ensure a resounding victory for the party candidates. Additionally, Sukhbir Badal attended the Foundation Day function of Malwa Public School.
According to political analysts, Sukhbir Badal's decision to leave Jalalabad and contest from Gidderbaha is quite significant. His father, Parkash Singh Badal, represented this constituency five times consecutively from 1969 to 1985. Therefore, the Badal family has deep emotional ties with this constituency. It remains to be seen how much support the people of Gidderbaha will give to Sukhbir Badal in 2027.
