ਮੱਧ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਜ਼ਰਾਈਲ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਕਾਰਨ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਬਤਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਵਤਨ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ
ਮੱਧ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਉਡਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਜ਼ਰਾਈਲ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਜੰਗ ਵਰਗੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਖਾੜੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ-ਰੋਟੀ ਕਮਾਉਣ ਗਏ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੁਢਲੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਥਿਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪੇ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਮਤੀ ਲਈ ਅਰਦਾਸਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਹੋਰ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੂਤਾਵਾਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਘਬਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੈਲਪਲਾਈਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ। ਇਸ ਔਖੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਉਮੀਦ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਨ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਇਸ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਭ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਟਿਕੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
The rapidly deteriorating situation in the Middle East has caused sleepless nights for thousands of families across Punjab. Due to the war-like atmosphere between Iran and Israel, significant concerns have arisen regarding the safety of Punjabisworking in the Gulf nations. In this critical hour, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has fulfilled his responsibility by reaching out to the Indian Government. He emphasized that for his administration, the lives of Punjabis abroad are most precious, and ensuring their repatriation of Punjabis is a top priority.
The Chief Minister held discussions with the External Affairs Ministry and high-ranking central officials, following which he was assured that the Indian Government is closely monitoring the situation. Bhagwant Mann stated that many Punjabi youths work in these conflict-hit regions, and their parents are currently under immense mental stress. This is not just a governmental matter; it is about the emotional bond of thousands of families praying for their loved ones' well-being. According to the Chief Minister, the government stands with every Punjabi as a head of the family.
The Central Government has provided assurance that if the Middle East crisis worsens, special evacuation missions will be launched. Bhagwant Mann urged Punjabis abroad to stay in touch with Indian embassies and advised them not to panic. The Punjab Government help initiatives include plans to launch a dedicated helpline for families to contact the administration directly. During these challenging times, the coordination between the state and central authorities has emerged as a beacon of hope for Punjabis.
CM Mann reiterated that he is personally supervising the entire matter. He stated that no matter which part of the world the sons of Punjab are in, the government will exert every possible effort for their safety. Following this assurance, families in Punjab have felt some relief, though everyone remains watchful of the unfolding Iran-Israel conflict.
