ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ: ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ, ਚਸ਼ਮਦੀਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ
ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਸਮੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਸ਼ਮਦੀਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਫੌਜ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੀ ਮਸ਼ਕੂਕ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (NIA) ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਸਮੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਨਿਰਦਈ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਇੱਕ ਆਈਜੀ, ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਸਪੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੈਸਰਨ ਘਾਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ। ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਸ਼ਮਦੀਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਤ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦਿਲ ਦਹਿਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਚਸ਼ਮਦੀਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਤਜਰਬੇਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ, ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਹੈ।
NIA ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਂਚ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਸ਼ਕੂਕ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੈਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਫੌਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੀਰ ਪੰਜਾਲ ਰੇਂਜ ਦੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮਸ਼ਕੂਕ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੰਵेदनਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has officially taken over the probe into the gruesome Pahalgam terrorist attack, following the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The incident where 26 innocent lives were mercilessly gunned down is considered one of the deadliest attacks of the year.
NIA teams, under the supervision of senior officers including an IG, DIG, and SP, have been actively present at the scenic Baisaran valley since Wednesday, rigorously questioning eyewitnesses who witnessed the horrifying incident firsthand. Based on the information gathered, the agency is trying to uncover the conspiracy behind the attack.
With the assistance of forensic experts, thorough investigations are being conducted at the attack site to identify and apprehend the perpetrators responsible for shaking the entire nation.
Prior to formally taking over, NIA had been assisting Jammu and Kashmir Police, who had earlier released sketches of three suspected terrorists. The Indian Army is also conducting extensive search operations in the higher ranges of the Pir Panjal region to track down the culprits.
According to sources, multiple search operations are underway to find other possible suspects involved in the Pahalgam terrorist attack.
