ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਮਿਲੀ ਰਾਹਤ: 40 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ
ਡੇਰਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਸੌਦਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ 40 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਾਧਵੀ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕੱਟ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ
ਡੇਰਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਸੌਦਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ 40 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਸੁਨਾਰੀਆ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬਰਨਾਵਾ ਆਸ਼ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਂ ਬਿਤਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ; ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦੇਣਾ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕੈਦੀ ਦੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਚਾਲ-ਚਲਣ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਾਂਝ 'ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਬਹਿਸ ਛਿੜ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
