ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਰਿਫਾਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਲਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੌਪ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਮਿਲਿਆ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਰਿਫਾਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਲਾਨ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਟੌਪ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜੋ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ, ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ 1.23 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ 4.7 ਲੱਖ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਰਿਫਾਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਲਾਨ (ਬੀਆਰਏਪੀ) 2024 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਟੌਪ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਣਜ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਪੰਜ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ: ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਾ, ਉਸਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਵਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ (ਡੀਪੀਆਈਆਈਟੀ) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਬੀਆਰਏਪੀ 2024 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਟੌਪ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ, ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸੌਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ, ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ 1.23 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਭਗ 4.7 ਲੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ, ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ, ਆਟੋ ਕੰਪੋਨੈਂਟਸ, ਹੈਂਡ ਟੂਲਜ਼, ਸਾਈਕਲ, ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਅਤੇ ਸੈਰ-ਸਪਾਟਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਵਾਧਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਦਯੋਗ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਾਪਾਨ, ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਜਰਮਨੀ, ਯੂ.ਕੇ., ਯੂ.ਏ.ਈ., ਸਵਿਟਜ਼ਰਲੈਂਡ, ਫਰਾਂਸ, ਸਪੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਰਿਫਾਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਲਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਹੈ।
Punjab received the Top Achiever award under the Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP) 2024 on Tuesday. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal presented this award to the state during an event in New Delhi. The government led by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has described this recognition as a new example of the state's development.
According to an official statement, Punjab performed better in five main reform areas: starting a business, granting construction permits, encouraging investment, specialized healthcare, and the services sector. The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) of the Government of India has recognized Punjab as a Top Achiever under BRAP 2024.
This recognition reflects Punjab's commitment to providing a transparent, efficient, and investor-friendly business environment and confirms the state's leadership in ease of doing business. Punjab is continuously climbing the ladder of industrial development, and due to industry-friendly policies, transparent administration, and suitable business environment, investment is coming to the state.
The statement said that since the Bhagwant Mann government took office, Punjab has received investment proposals worth 1.23 lakh crore rupees, which will create employment for approximately 4.7 lakh youth. Unmatched growth in sectors like food processing, textile, auto components, hand tools, cycles, IT, and tourism is making Punjab an example for other states.
Due to the state government's industry-friendly policies, Punjab is attracting investment from Japan, America, Germany, UK, UAE, Switzerland, France, Spain, and other developed countries. Piyush Goyal said that Punjab is becoming an example for other states and its performance in the Business Reforms Action Plan is commendable.
