ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ 'ਚ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ: 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਣੇ ਦੋ ਤਸਕਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚਲਾਈ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਤਸਕਰ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰੋਂ ਡਰੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਮਿਲੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਧੰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਖੇਪ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰੋਂ (ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ) ਭੇਜੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੇ ਤਾਰ ਕਿਹੜੇ-ਕਿਹੜੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ NDPS ਐਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਡੇ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਚੇਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
