ਰੂਸ-ਯੂਕਰੇਨ ਜੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰੂਸੀ ਫੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੋਏ 10 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ 4 ਹੋਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇਹਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਰੂਸੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ
ਰੂਸ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਕਰੇਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਰੂਸੀ ਫੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਗਏ 10 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਜੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਰੂਸ ਸਥਿਤ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੂਤਾਵਾਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਨੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਸਦਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਲਈ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਅਰਦਾਸਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ 4 ਹੋਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਤਾ-ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਰੂਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਹ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਧ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਲਾਲਚ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਰੂਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਬਰੀ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੇਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰੂਸੀ ਫੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਫਾਰਗ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਫਰਾਡ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕਰਨ।
