ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ 59 ਸਾਲਾ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਆਦਿਲ ਹੁਸੈਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਰੈਕੇਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਰੈਕੇਟ ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਜਮਸ਼ੇਦਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਆਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਖਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਫੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ 59 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਜਮਸ਼ੇਦਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਰੈਕੇਟ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਲਿੰਕ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਜਾਸੂਸ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਆਦਿਲ ਹੁਸੈਨੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਈਦ ਆਦਿਲ ਹੁਸੈਨ, ਨਸੀਮੂਦੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਈਦ ਆਦਿਲ ਹੁਸੈਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੁਸੈਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸੀਮਾਪੁਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਜਾਸੂਸ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ।
ਅਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਆਫ਼ ਪੁਲੀਸ (ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਸੈੱਲ) ਪ੍ਰਮੋਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਸ਼ਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਦਿਲ ਟਾਟਾ ਨਗਰ, ਜਮਸ਼ੇਦਪੁਰ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਆਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਖਤਰ ਹੁਸੈਨੀ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ।" ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਜਮਸ਼ੇਦਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਆਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ। ਅਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਸੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 26 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਰਜ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਆਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਖਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਈ ਖਾੜੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
Delhi Police has arrested a 59-year-old man on charges of alleged involvement in espionage activities. An official stated that he is linked to a foreign-based nuclear scientist and also connected to a fake passport racket operating from Jamshedpur in Jharkhand. This suspected spy arrested in Delhi has revealed connections with the foreign nuclear scientist through his espionage activities.
The accused has been identified as Muhammad Adil Husaini, who is also known by the names Syed Adil Hussain, Nasimuddin, and Syed Adil Husaini. According to officials, Husaini was apprehended from Seemapuri in Delhi two days ago. A police source revealed that this suspected spy was in contact with a nuclear scientist based abroad and had traveled to several countries, including Pakistan. The source claimed that he obtained three identity cards of a sensitive installation using forged documents.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Pramod Singh Kushwah stated that Adil is a resident of Tata Nagar, Jamshedpur. The officer said, "Adil and his brother Akhtar Husaini are suspected of supplying sensitive information to foreign countries and procuring multiple Indian passports using forged documents." Allegedly, this entire network was being operated from Jamshedpur, where fake identity cards and passports were being prepared with the help of counterfeit documents.
During the search, police recovered one genuine and two forged passports from Adil's possession. The Additional CP further added that he was arrested in a case registered under various sections on October 26. A senior police officer informed that Mumbai Police has also arrested Adil's brother Akhtar, who had traveled to several Gulf countries and was involved in obtaining three identity cards. The police is now investigating how many people were issued fake passports through this Jamshedpur fake passport racket.
