ਗੁਰਪੁਰਬ ਲਈ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ 170 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਪੁਰਬ ਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ 170 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਪੀਲ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜੱਥਾ 3 ਜਾਂ 4 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪੁਰਬ ਮੌਕੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ 170 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਹਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਲੈਣ।
ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੁਰਪੁਰਬ ਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜੱਥੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੁੱਲ 170 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ 4 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ 3 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਇੱਕ-ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੱਥੇ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੱਥਾ ਵਾਪਸ ਭਾਰਤ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਗੁਰਧਾਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਜੱਥੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਢੋਕ, ਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਵੀਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਰਦੀ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਜੋ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਠਹਿਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ।
The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has announced that all 170 pilgrims who applied to visit Pakistan on the occasion of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Prakash Purab have received their visas. Committee President Sardar Harmeet Singh Kalka and General Secretary Sardar Jagdeep Singh Kahlon issued a statement saying pilgrims can collect their passports from the Delhi Gurdwara Committee office.
This year, the Government of India had initially imposed a ban on travel to Pakistan for Gurpurab, but following an appeal by the Delhi Gurdwara Committee, the government granted permission for the jatha to proceed. A total of 170 pilgrims applied for visas through the committee, and all have been approved.
The Pakistan government has fixed November 4 as the entry date into Pakistan, but the Indian government is trying to ensure the pilgrims enter on November 3. A final decision on this will be made in a day or two. The jatha's tour will last 10 days, after which it will return to India.
During the journey, the pilgrims will visit Gurudwaras associated with Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The jatha will be led by Parmjit Singh Chadok, Raminder Singh Sweeta, and Jagjit Singh Dardi, who will ensure arrangements for accommodation and all facilities for the travelers.
