ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ 8 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ 8 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਸੈੱਲ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਤਾਰ ਕਾਫੀ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪੱਖਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਯਾਤਰਾ 8 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਈ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਕਈ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ 'ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
A Delhi court has delivered a significant ruling regarding the blast and terrorist conspiracy discovered behind the historic Red Fort. The court has extended the judicial custody of the seven accused named in this case until January 8. Considering the gravity of the matter, the court directed investigative agencies to continue their meticulous probe into the incident. The Special Cell of the Delhi Police produced the accused before the court via video conferencing following the expiry of their previous custody period. Investigative agencies informed the court that the roots of this conspiracy might run deep and further interrogation of the accused is necessary. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court refused to grant any relief to the accused and extended their jail term until January 8. It is worth noting that this incident near the Red Fort had raised several questions regarding security arrangements. The police conducted continuous raids across multiple locations, leading to the detention of these seven individuals. Authorities are now investigating whether these accused have any links with cross-border terrorist organizations. Security agencies in the capital have already been placed on high alert.
