ਭਾਰਤ-ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ: ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ 80 ਰੁਪਏ ਕਿਲੋ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਸੇਬ, ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ- 'ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ'
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਪਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਹੁਣ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ 80 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੇਬਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਯਾਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਪੁਖ਼ਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ
ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਹੁਣ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸੇਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਲਬਧਤਾ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੇਬ ਲਗਭਗ 80 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ 'ਤੇ ਆਯਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਆਮ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਠ ਰਹੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਲਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ "ਸਾਡੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਹਨ" ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਯਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੇਬਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਨਾ ਡਿੱਗਣ।
ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਟਰੰਪ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ (Exports) ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬਦਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਰਿਆਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਣੇਗਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਲ ਸਸਤੇ ਭਾਅ 'ਤੇ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਵਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਿਤ ਨੀਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
