ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕਾ: ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਸਹਿ-ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰ ਜਾਸਿਰ ਬਿਲਾਲ ਵਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ

ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (ਐੱਨਆਈਏ) ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ 17 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜਾਸਿਰ ਬਿਲਾਲ ਵਾਨੀ ਉਪਨਾਮ ਡੈਨਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਸਹਿ-ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰ ਸੀ। ਵਾਨੀ ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੰਤਨਾਗ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਜ਼ੀਗੁੰਡ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਨੀ ਨੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਧ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਕੇਟ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਵਾਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਉਨ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਂਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਬਾਰਨ ਆਈਈਡੀ (ਵੀਬੀਆਈਈਡੀ) ਹਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਧਮਾਕਾ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 13 ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ 30 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਾਨੀ ਨੇ ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ। ਉਮਰ ਉਨ ਨਬੀ, ਜੋ ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਦਾ 28 ਸਾਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸੀ, ਨੂੰ ਸੁਆਇਸਾਈਡ ਬੰਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਣਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਰੈਡੀਕਲਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਤੱਕ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨੇ ਬਾਬਰੀ ਮਸਜਿਦ ਢਾਹੁਣ ਦੀ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਵੀਬੀਆਈਈਡੀ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਭੀੜ ਵਾਲੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਵਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਦੀ ਰੈਡੀਕਲਾਈਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਮੁਜ਼ੰਮਿਲ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਗਨਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਰਕੀ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੈਸ਼-ਏ-ਮੁਹੰਮਦ (ਜੇਐੱਮ) ਦੇ ਓਵਰ ਗ੍ਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਕੇਸ ਆਰਸੀ-21/2025/ਐੱਨਆਈਏ/ਡੀਐੱਲਆਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 16 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਿਦ ਅਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਪੰਪੋਰੇ, ਸੰਬੂਰਾ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਿਊਂਡਾਈ ਆਈ20 ਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਸੀ। ਅਮੀਰ ਨੇ ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਓਐੱਲਐੱਕਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਾਰ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਸੀ। ਫ਼ਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰ ਡੀਲਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰ ਵੇਚੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਤਾ ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 73 ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਏਜੰਸੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੋਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਗਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਕੇ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੀਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਲੋ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਗੀਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਬੈਠਕਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਦਦ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਤਰੇ ਖੰਗਲਣੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has made another significant arrest in the Red Fort area car blast case. On November 17, 2025, the NIA arrested Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish from Srinagar, who was an active co-conspirator in the blast. Wani, a resident of Qazigund in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir, provided technical support for terrorist attacks by modifying drones and attempting to make rockets ahead of the deadly car bomb blast. He worked closely with the main terrorist involved, Umar Un Nabi, to plan the vehicle-borne IED (VBIED) attack near the Red Fort. This blast occurred on November 10, 2025, resulting in 13 deaths and over 30 injuries. In its statement, the NIA said that Wani conspired with Umar Nabi to execute this terror carnage and was part of the larger conspiracy behind the attack. Umar Un Nabi, a 28-year-old doctor from Pulwama, has been described as a suicide bomber and the most radicalized operative in the network spanning Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Officials believe Umar Nabi had planned a major VBIED blast keeping in mind the Babri Masjid demolition anniversary on December 6, but intended to detonate it in a crowded place in the national capital or a religious site and then disappear. Wani's interrogation by the Jammu and Kashmir Police revealed that Umar Nabi's radicalization began after a trip to Turkiye in 2021 with Dr. Muzammil Ahmad Ganaie, where they allegedly met Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) overground workers. This arrest is part of NIA's case RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI and is the second arrest in the case. Previously, on November 16, the NIA arrested Ameer Rashid Ali from Delhi, a resident of Pampore, Samboora, in whose name the Hyundai i20 car used in the blast was registered. Ameer conspired with Umar Nabi, and they purchased the car via OLX. A car dealer from Faridabad also revealed during the investigation that he sold the car to Umar Nabi, with the address given as Pulwama. The NIA has seized another vehicle linked to Umar Nabi and has questioned 73 witnesses so far, including those injured in the blast. A special NIA team is investigating the case in coordination with Delhi Police, Jammu and Kashmir Police, Haryana Police, Uttar Pradesh Police, and other agencies. The agency is exploring various angles to unravel the larger conspiracy behind the bombing and identify all involved persons. NIA teams are pursuing multiple leads and conducting searches across states. The Indian government classified this blast as a terrorist incident and handed the probe to the NIA. Home Minister Amit Shah held high-level meetings on this, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that those behind the blast will not be spared. Financial assistance of 10 lakh rupees has been announced for the families of the deceased, and support will be provided to the injured. The NIA has more conspiracies to uncover in this Red Fort blast case, and the investigation continues. This arrest is being seen as a major breakthrough in the Red Fort blast case.
