ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ’ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਹਮਲਾ: ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾਂ, ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਅ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁੱਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਦੋਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਅ ਤੈਅ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ '500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ' ਵਾਲੇ ਬਿਆਨ 'ਤੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਆਗੂ ਲੋਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਮਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਹੈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰੜੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਇੱਕ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਦੱਸਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਸਰੂਫ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਪਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਸ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਦੌਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਬਿਆਨ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਲਈ 500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ "ਅਟੈਚੀ" ਦੇਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ (Progress of Punjab) ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੱਸਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ।" ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਇਹ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਨੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਗ-ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ 500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਸਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਰਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੈਸੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ ਕਮਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੰਝ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ "ਟੈਂਡਰ" ਕੱਢਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ (Investment) ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ (Corruption) ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has come down heavily on the Congress party and opposition leaders, stating that while he is working day and night for the state's development, opposition leaders are busy quoting the prices of chairs. The Chief Minister was speaking to the media after returning from his ten-day official tour of Japan and South Korea.
Mann reacted sharply to the statement made by Navjot Kaur Sidhu, in which she allegedly said that one has to give a "suitcase" of 500 crore rupees for the Chief Minister's chair. Bhagwant Mann said, "I talk about the progress of Punjaband employment for the youth, but the Congress people have started telling me the prices of chairs." He stated that the opposition is declaring the rates at which ministries or posts are sold, which exposes their true intentions.
Mann further added that a person who acquires a chair by paying 500 crore rupees will never serve the people. Their primary objective would be to recover their spent money and make a profit. Taking a dig at the opposition, the Chief Minister remarked that it seems as if the opponents have issued a "tender" for Punjab.
Sharing details about his foreign tour, Bhagwant Mann informed that several major companies are ready to make an investment in Punjab, which will bring new technology to the state and provide good employment opportunities to the youth right here. He asserted that the Aam Aadmi Party government is working with transparency and there is no place for corruption. It is noteworthy that Navjot Kaur Sidhu's controversial statement has created a political storm in Punjab, leading to her suspension from the Congress party
