ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਕਸ਼ੇ-ਕਦਮਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਸੰਭਵ: ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਵਸ ’ਤੇ ਖਟਕੜ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਕਸ਼ੇ-ਕਦਮਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 51.70 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਬਣ ਰਹੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਘਰ, 350 ਮੀਟਰ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਲਾਂਘਾ, 700 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਡੀਟੋਰੀਅਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਡਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ-ਏ-ਆਜ਼ਮ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਕਸ਼ੇ-ਕਦਮਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੰਗਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਖਟਕੜ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ 100 ਫੁੱਟ ਉੱਚੇ ਤਿਰੰਗੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 51.70 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਇਹ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ-ਏ-ਆਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਸਪੂਤ ਦੀ ਅਮਿੱਟ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਮਰਾਜਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੰਜੀਰਾਂ ਤੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਗ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਥੀਮੈਟਿਕ ਗੇਟ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਦੀ ਘਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਦਾ 350 ਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਬਾ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਤੀ-ਕਲਾ ਅਤੇ 2ਡੀ/3ਡੀ ਕੰਧ ਕਲਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 700 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਏਅਰ-ਕੰਡੀਸ਼ਨਡ ਆਡੀਟੋਰੀਅਮ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ (ਹੁਣ ਫੈਸਲਾਬਾਦ) ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਡਲ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖਟਕੜ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦੀ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤ ’ਤੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਮਾਲਾ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਅਰਪਣ ਕੀਤੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਮਜਾਰਾ ਢੀਂਗਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ 11ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਦੀਕਸ਼ਾ ਰਾਜੂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦੀ ਰੰਗੋਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਬਾਸ਼ੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann stated that to achieve the country’s progress, it is necessary to follow in the footsteps of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. He urged people to walk the path of revolutionary leaders to build a vibrant and prosperous Punjab. Offering floral tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his birth anniversary in Khatkar Kalan, the Chief Minister announced that in the coming months, the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Heritage Complex in the martyr’s ancestral village will be dedicated to the state. He also dedicated a 100-foot-high national flag installed at the museum to the people.
Mann said the complex, being built at a cost of 51.70 crore rupees, is a humble tribute to Shaheed-e-Azam. The initiative aims to preserve and promote the unparalleled legacy of this great son of the soil. He emphasized that Bhagat Singh sacrificed his life to free India from the shackles of foreign imperialism. The complex will include a grand thematic gate and a 350-meter-long heritage corridor connecting the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Museum to his ancestral home, showcasing his life and freedom struggle through sculptures and 2D/3D wall art. It will also feature a fully air-conditioned auditorium with 700 seats. Additionally, a model of Bhagat Singh’s ancestral home in Lyallpur (now Faisalabad, Pakistan) is being constructed.
The Chief Minister said the ancestral home of the great martyr in Khatkar Kalan is being restored securely, and a digital presentation of his court trial is also being prepared. On the occasion, he offered floral tributes at the statue of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and paid respects at the memorial of his father, Sardar Kishan Singh. Mann also praised Diksha Raju, an 11th-grade student from Majara Dhingrian, for creating a rangoli of Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s portrait.
