ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (SGPC) ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰੇ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਭਰਮ-ਭੁਲੇਖੇ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (SGPC) ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਤਹਿ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਅਥਾਹ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ 'ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ' ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹਿਸ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਉਲਝਣ ਜਾਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਵਉੱਚਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ, ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਥਕ ਰਵਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਥਕ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। SGPC ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ। ਇਸ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਉਮੀਦ ਜਗਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਹੋ ਸਕੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲੀ ਬੇਚੈਨੀ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪੀਢਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Raghbir Singh, has issued a major statement regarding the investigation into missing Holy Saroops or related matters. He has given clear orders to the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) to work alongside government investigative agencies to get to the bottom of this sensitive issue. According to the Jathedar, the sentiments of the Sikh world are deeply attached to this matter, and the truth must not be hidden.
This decision has been taken keeping in mind the immense devotion and 'emotional bond' of the Sikh congregation toward Guru Sahib. Debate regarding the Holy Saroop issue had been ongoing in political and religious circles for a long time. The Jathedar stated that the investigation should not be delayed due to any legal complications or lack of cooperation. This move is seen as an attempt to restore the bond of trust between the SGPC and the community.
Upholding the supremacy of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the Jathedar emphasized that a blend of Panthic traditions and legal processes is the only way to find a meaningful solution to this problem. The SGPC has been instructed to promptly provide the necessary documents and information for the probe. Following this order, there is hope that the culprits in the Holy Saroop case will be identified, ending the unrest within the Sikh Panth. This decision further strengthens the bond of transparency and justice.
