ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ (ਯੂਬੀਟੀ) ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਊਧਵ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨਵਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਸੈਨਾ (ਮਨਸੇ) ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਰਾਜ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਥੋਪਣਗੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਚਚੇਰੇ ਭਰਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਦੋ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਸਨ, ਅੱਜ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਵਰਲੀ ’ਚ ‘ਵਿਜੈ ਰੈਲੀ’ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਮੰਚ ’ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ। ਇਹ ਰੈਲੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹੁਕਮ (ਜੀਆਰ) ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਊਧਵ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਨੇ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਿਹਨਮੁੰਬਈ ਮਹਾਨਗਰਪਾਲਿਕਾ (ਬੀਐੱਮਸੀ) ਚੋਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨਗੇ।
ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਐੱਨਐੱਸਸੀਆਈ ਡੋਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਊਧਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਥੋਪਣਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬੀਐੱਮਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।” ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇਵੇਂਦਰ ਫੜਨਵੀਸ ’ਤੇ ਤਨਜ਼ ਕਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਫੜਨਵੀਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਨੀ ਬਾਲਾਸਾਹਿਬ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।” ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਨੇ 2005 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਸੈਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਤਭੇਦਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਨਸੇ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਚਾਰ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਰਾਜ ਠਾਕਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਤਿੰਨ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਫਾਰਮੂਲਾ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਜੀਆਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਖਦਸ਼ਾ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੁਣ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਊਧਵ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਥੋਪਣ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ।
