ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਬੰਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਸੁਰ: ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਵਾਈ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੇਜ਼ 'ਤੇ ਬੈਠਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧਦੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਫੌਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਬੰਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਰਮ ਰੁਖ਼ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਮਤਭੇਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੌਜੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਕੂਟਨੀਤਕ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਹੁਣ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗ ਵਰਗੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

Following the recent air strikes carried out by the Pakistani Air Force inside Afghan territory, the Taliban governmenthas adopted a diplomatic stance by offering to hold peace talks. The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement emphasizing that military force is not a solution to bilateral disputes and urged that issues between the neighboring nations should be resolved through Taliban Pakistan talks.
The escalation began after Pakistan accused Afghanistan of providing a safe haven to anti-Pakistan militant groups, leading to targeted Pakistan air strikes Afghanistan in the border regions. These strikes resulted in several casualties and heightened military presence on both sides of the Durand Line. However, by February 2026, the Taliban administration has clarified that it seeks regional stability and avoids a full-scale conflict.
International observers believe that the Taliban offer dialogue stems from the severe economic challenges currently facing Afghanistan, making it difficult for the regime to sustain a long-term military confrontation. Meanwhile, security concerns within Pakistan also remain high.
