ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦਾ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ: '7 ਦਿਨਾਂ 'ਚ ਮਾਫੀ ਮੰਗੋ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹੋ'
ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 7 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਫੀ ਨਾ ਮੰਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਛਿੜਿਆ ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਹੁਣ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ (MP) ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ (Legal Notice) ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮਾਮਲੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ (Rajasthan) ਦੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਵੇਚੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਫ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਲਈ 7 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਜਨਤਕ ਮਾਫੀ (Public Apology) ਮੰਗਣ।
ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੈਅ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਫੀ ਨਾ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ (Defamation) ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਗੇ।ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਬਿਆਨ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ "500 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਅਟੈਚੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ", ਕਾਰਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਟੈਂਡ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ "ਚੋਰਾਂ" ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
The turmoil within the Punjab Congress has now reached legal proceedings. Gurdaspur Member of Parliament (MP) and former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has sent a legal notice to former MLA Navjot Kaur Sidhu.Randhawa sent this notice in response to the serious allegations made against him by Navjot Kaur.
According to the matter, Navjot Kaur Sidhu had recently alleged that Sukhjinder Randhawa has gangster links and that he sold tickets in exchange for money while being the party in-charge of Rajasthan. Terming these statements as false and baseless, Randhawa has issued a notice through his lawyer. The notice clearly states that Navjot Kaur must tender an unconditional public apology within 7 days for these statements.
Randhawa has warned that if the apology is not offered within the stipulated time, he will file a defamation case in court.It is noteworthy that Navjot Kaur Sidhu was recently suspended by the Congress party due to her controversial statement claiming that "only the one who gives a suitcase of 500 crores becomes the Chief Minister." Despite this, Navjot Kaur has stated that she stands by her stance and will not compromise with "thieves."
