ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭੁਪੇਂਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲ 2025 ਦੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 2022 ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਲਗਭਗ 90 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਕਮੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਐਨਸੀਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੂੰਆਂ, ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਨਿਕਾਸ, ਉਸਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਕਾਰਕ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ।
ਆਖਰਕਾਰ, ਸਾਂਝੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਨੇ ਰੰਗ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਹੈ! ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੇ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭੁਪੇਂਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 2022 ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ, ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਢੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 90 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੰਭਵ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸਾਹ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਐਨਸੀਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਾਵੁਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੂੰਆਂ, ਫੈਕਟਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਕਾਸ, ਉਸਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਅਤੇ ਕੂੜਾ ਸਾੜਨਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਕਾਰਕ ਵੀ ਓਨੇ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਇਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਹਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਕਰੀਏ।

Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav informed the Parliament that compared to 2022, a significant decline of nearly 90 percent in stubble burningincidents has been recorded during this year's paddy harvesting season. This figure brings immense relief to all of us and proves that when effort is made wholeheartedly, the impossible becomes possible.
This decline is not just a statistic, but a beacon of hope for millions of families to breathe cleaner air. The Minister further reinforced this feeling by clarifying that stubble burning alone cannot be blamed for the rising air pollution in Delhi-NCR. He emotionally stated that local and regional factors like vehicular emissions, industrial discharge, construction dust, and garbage burning in our cities are equally responsible. Therefore, it is time for all of us to come together and pledge to keep this shared air clean.
