ਕੁਦਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਆਏ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ: ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਮੌਸਮ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ 'ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ' ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦਾ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਬੇਮੌਸਮੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਗੜੇਮਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੰਨਦਾਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਫੇਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਅਹਿਮ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਰਾਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਹਨ।
ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੜ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਲੇ 24 ਤੋਂ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨਾ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਚਿੰਤਾਜਨਕ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਛ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਦਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ 'ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ' ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਢਿੱਲ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਬਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
The farming community in Punjab has been hit hard by unseasonal rain and hailstorm recently, dashing their hopes for a good harvest. Given the current situation, two significant pieces of news have emerged, presenting a combination of both relief and challenges.
Firstly, another testing time awaits the farmers. The Meteorological Department has issued a fresh alert, stating that due to the reactivation of Western Disturbances, several parts of Punjab may experience strong winds and moderate rain over the next 24 to 48 hours. This news is extremely concerning for farmers whose crops have already been flattened in the fields.
In response to the farmers' plight, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced major relief. The CM has issued strict instructions to all Deputy Commissioners of the state to immediately begin a 'Special Girdawari' (crop loss assessment) of the damaged crops. He clarified that no delay would be tolerated in this investigation process, and compensation would be transferred directly into farmers' bank accounts immediately after receiving the reports.
Encouraging the farmers, the Chief Minister stated that the AAP government stands firmly with them during this hour of crisis. He also directed Agriculture Department officials to visit fields and provide technical assistance to farmers to help save whatever remains of the crops.
