ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ-20 ਸਿਖਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ-20 ਸਿਖਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਹ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਮਹਾਂਦੀਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਜੌਹਾਨਿਸਬਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ-20 ਸਿਖਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੌਟੇਂਗ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਾਟਰਕਲੂਫ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਬੇਸ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੇ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਚ ਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਮਹਾਂਦੀਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਜੀ-20 ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣੀ ਸੀ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੌਹਾਨਿਸਬਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀ-20 ਸਿਖਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜੀ-20 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ 20ਵੇਂ ਜੀ-20 ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਸਿਰਿਲ ਰਾਮਾਫੋਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਜੀ-20 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜਨਟੀਨਾ, ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ, ਬ੍ਰਾਜ਼ੀਲ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਚੀਨ, ਫਰਾਂਸ, ਜਰਮਨੀ, ਭਾਰਤ, ਇੰਡੋਨੇਸ਼ੀਆ, ਇਟਲੀ, ਜਾਪਾਨ, ਕੋਰੀਆ ਗਣਰਾਜ, ਮੈਕਸਿਕੋ, ਰੂਸ, ਸਾਊਦੀ ਅਰਬ, ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ, ਤੁਰਕੀ, ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਕਿੰਗਡਮ, ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਯੂਰੋਪੀਅਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ 22 ਤੋਂ 23 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਜੌਹਾਨਿਸਬਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed in traditional style upon landing at Waterkloof Air Force Base in Gauteng province. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this is the first G20 Summit to be held on the African continent and the African Union became a permanent member during India's G20 presidency in 2023.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the G20 Summit in Johannesburg. This is the first time a G20 Summit is being held on African soil. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said before starting the journey that this is a special G20 Summit because it is being held in Africa and various global issues will be discussed there. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has come on the invitation of President Cyril Ramaphosa to attend the 20th G20 Leaders' Summit under South Africa's presidency.
The G20 includes Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, European Union and African Union. The summit will be held in Johannesburg from 22 to 23 November 2025 and discussions will be held on major global economic issues.
