ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੁਪਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਡਾਲਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੁਪਿਆ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਡਾਲਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਡਿੱਗਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ 89.87 ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ 90 ਦੇ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਅੰਕ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹਣ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਨ ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ, ਵਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਪਾਰ ਘਾਟੇ (Trade Deficit), ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ-ਭਾਰਤ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ (India-US BTA) ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਹੈ। ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਜੀਡੀਪੀ (GDP) ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਹੀ ਰੁਪਏ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

However, a ray of hope remains even in this difficult time. The good news is that India’s GDP figures have been better than expected, which demonstrates the strong foundation of our economy. Experts believe that if the India-US BTA is finalized soon, the Indian Rupee can strengthen again. In the coming days, the stability of the rupee will depend on the policies of our government and the Reserve Bank to prevent it from crossing the psychological 90-mark.
