ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350ਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350ਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ, ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨਾਂ, ਲਾਈਟ ਐਂਡ ਸਾਊਂਡ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਡੀਸੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਭਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਈਟੀਓ, ਤਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੌਂਦ, ਦੀਪਕ ਬਾਲੀ ਅਡਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਸੈਰ ਸਪਾਟਾ ਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਣਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਜਨੀਸ਼ ਦਹੀਆ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰੂਹਰਸਾਹਿਬ ਫੌਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਰੀ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਕਟਾਰੀਆ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦੀਪਸ਼ਿਖਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੈਰ ਸਪਾਟਾ ਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ 20 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਤੋਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਮੋਗਾ, ਜਗਰਾਉਂ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੁੱਲ ਚਾਰ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕੱਢੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜੋ ਕਿ 22 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਚਾਰੇ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350ਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350ਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 19 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ਾਲ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਵੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 23 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ, ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀਆਂ, ਅੰਤਰ-ਧਰਮੀ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ, ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਤਫ਼ਰੀਹਾਂ, ਕਵਿਤਾ ਕਥਾਵਾਂ, ਡਰੋਨ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਅਤੇ ਏਕਤਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਥੀਮ "ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ" ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਟੈਂਟ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ, ਗਾਈਡੇਡ ਟੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ।

ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਯੂਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਐੱਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਲਾਈਟ ਐਂਡ ਸਾਊਂਡ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਅਤੇ ਕਵਿਤਾ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ 23 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਰੱਖਵਾਲੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350ਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਪਛਾਤਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਗੇ।

A special meeting was held at the DC office regarding the arrangements for events dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, including nagar kirtans, light and sound shows, and other religious programs organized by the Punjab government. The meeting was chaired by Punjab Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains, along with Harbhajan Singh ETO, Tarnpreet Singh Sound, and Deepak Bali Advisor for Tourism and Cultural Affairs. On this occasion, MLAs Ranbir Singh Bhullar, Rajnish Dahiya, Guru Har Sahib Fauja Singh Sarari, Naresh Kataria, Deputy Commissioner Deepshikha Sharma, SSP Bhupinder Singh, and Sanjeev Tiwari Director of Tourism and Cultural Affairs were also present.

Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains stated that the nagar kirtan dedicated to Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's martyrdom will start from Faridkot on November 20 at 8 AM, reach Firozpur, and proceed through Moga, Jagraon, Ludhiana, and various other routes to arrive at Sri Anandpur Sahib. He said that a total of four nagar kirtans will be taken out from different places starting November 18, which will reach Sri Anandpur Sahib on November 22. These four nagar kirtans will cover most parts of Punjab and help commemorate Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's 350th martyrdom anniversary.

In addition, the Punjab government has made grand arrangements to observe Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's 350th martyrdom anniversary, including a Mashal Yatra starting from Srinagar to Anandpur Sahib from November 19, which will later proceed to Delhi. A three-day grand samagam will be held at Sri Anandpur Sahib starting November 23, expecting lakhs of devotees from across the country and abroad. The samagam will include Akhand Path, cultural exhibitions, interfaith conferences, heritage walks, poetic storytelling, drone shows, and a unity event themed "Sarbat Da Bhala." Special arrangements have been made for foreign devotees, such as tent cities, guided tours, and translation services.

Sikh organizations and gurdwara committees have also described this martyrdom anniversary as of global significance and extended support from Canada, the UK, and the US. Seminars and programs on the life, teachings, and martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji will be organized in all colleges and universities in Punjab. Additionally, light and sound shows and poetry sessions will be held in all 23 districts of Punjab. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has also ordered to celebrate it on a grand scale and remembered Guru Ji's sacrifice as a protector of religious freedom and human rights. These arrangements will make Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's 350th martyrdom anniversary unforgettable and promote unity and peace in Punjab.
