ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਦੇ 'ਹੀ-ਮੈਨ' ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ: 89 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 'ਚ ਲਏ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਾਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਗਮਗੀਨ
ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਦੇ ਉੱਘੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਦਾ 89 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿਖੇ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਜਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਗ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸਸਕਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਨਮਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਸਿਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੰਨੀ ਦਿਓਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਮਾ ਮਾਲਿਨੀ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ। 'ਹੀ-ਮੈਨ' ਵਜੋਂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ 'ਹੀ-ਮੈਨ' (He-Man) ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ (Dharmendra) ਦਾ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿਖੇ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਹ 89 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰੀਚ ਕੈਂਡੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ (Breach Candy Hospital) ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਾਹ ਲਏ।
ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਫੈਲਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਾਹੁਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਗ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੌੜ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸਸਕਾਰ ਵਿਲੇ ਪਾਰਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਵਨ ਹੰਸ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ਾਨਘਾਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਹੇਮਾ ਮਾਲਿਨੀ (Hema Malini), ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੰਨੀ ਦਿਓਲ (Sunny Deol), ਬੌਬੀ ਦਿਓਲ ਅਤੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਈਸ਼ਾ ਤੇ ਅਹਾਨਾ ਦਿਓਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ। ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅਮਿਤਾਭ ਬੱਚਨ, ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ, ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਮਿਰ ਖਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਜਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੀਆਂ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਨੇਵਾਲ (Sahnewal) ਅਤੇ ਫਗਵਾੜਾ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਗੂੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤਮ ਛਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ 'ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ' ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ 'ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਹੀਰਾ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
Renowned Bollywood actor and popularly known as 'He-Man', Dharmendra, passed away on Monday in Mumbai. He was 89 years old. He had been unwell for some time and was undergoing treatment at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital.Recently, he was discharged from the hospital and had returned home, where he breathed his last.
A wave of grief spread across Bollywood and among his fans as soon as the news of Dharmendra's demise broke. His funeral was held at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Vile Parle. On this occasion, his wife Hema Malini, sons Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and daughters Esha and Ahana Deol appeared visibly emotional. Several big personalities from the film industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan, arrived to pay their final respects.
Dharmendra had a deep connection with Sahnewal and Phagwara in Punjab, due to which gloom has descended upon his ancestral villages in Punjab as well. People are remembering him as the 'Son of Punjab'. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed deep sorrow over his demise, stating that Indian cinema has lost a priceless gem today.
In his career spanning over 6 decades, Dharmendra worked in more than 300 films. His acting in movies like 'Sholay', 'Dharam Veer', and 'Chupke Chupke' will always be remembered. With his passing, an era has come to an end, but he will always remain alive in people's hearts through his films
