ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤ- 7.42 ਕਰੋੜ ਵੋਟਰ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ ਵੋਟ
ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੀਬਰ ਸੰਪਾਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 7.42 ਕਰੋੜ ਵੋਟਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 21.53 ਲੱਖ ਨਵੇਂ ਯੋਗ ਵੋਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਗਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਰੜੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 3.66 ਲੱਖ ਅਯੋਗ ਨਾਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਾਂ ਜੋੜਨ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਅਗਾਮੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੈ। ਵੋਟਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਂ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੀਬਰ ਸੰਪਾਦਨ (ਐੱਸਆਈਆਰ) ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਅੱਜ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 7.42 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 21.53 ਲੱਖ ਯੋਗ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੀਬਰ ਪੜਤਾਲ (ਐੱਸਆਈਆਰ) ਜੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 47 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੋਟਰ ਘਟੇ ਹਨ। ਉਂਝ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਅਗਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਖਰੜਾ ਸੂਚੀ (7.24 ਕਰੋੜ) ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ, ਪਰਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੁਹਰਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੂਲ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 65 ਲੱਖ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖਰੜੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ 3.66 ਲੱਖ ਅਯੋਗ ਨਾਂ ਹਟਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ 21.53 ਲੱਖ ਨਵੇਂ ਯੋਗ ਵੋਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।
ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਐੱਸਆਈਆਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ 25 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 7.89 ਕਰੋੜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਖਰੜਾ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 65 ਲੱਖ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਹ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਗਾਮੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਧਾਰ ਬਣੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ 4 ਅਤੇ 5 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਨਾ ਆ ਕੇ ਚੋਣ تیਆਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਸਆਈਆਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 7 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੀਬਰ ਸੰਪਾਦਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਚੋਣ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਚੋਣ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਚੋਣ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਬੂਥ ਲੈਵਲ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੂਥ ਲੈਵਲ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਣਯੋਗ ਨਾਂਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਯੋਗ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਵੋਟਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਂ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ https://voters.eci.gov.in ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿ�ਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਵਧ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਬਣਾਏਗੀ।
The Election Commission has released the final voter list for Bihar today following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). According to this final list, the number of registered voters in Bihar has reached 7.42 crore. The Election Commission stated that 21.53 lakh eligible voters have been included in this Bihar final voter list. After the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in Bihar started in June, more than 47 lakh voters have been removed from it. However, the final figure is higher than the draft list released in August (7.24 crore), in which 65 lakh voters were removed from the original list due to reasons such as death, migration, and duplicate entries. Subsequently, 3.66 lakh ineligible names were also removed from the draft, and 21.53 lakh new eligible voters were added.
According to the Election Commission, the SIR process was started on June 25 this year. In this, enumeration forms were refilled from 7.89 crore registered voters. After that, the draft list was released on August 1, in which names of 65 lakh voters were deleted. With the release of the final voter list by the Election Commission, election activities in the state will now gain momentum. This voter list will serve as the basis for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, and the poll schedule is likely to be announced in October. An Election Commission team will visit Patna on October 4 and 5 to review election preparations, and the final hearing on the SIR process will be held on October 7.
In this Special Intensive Revision, the Chief Electoral Officer of Bihar, district election officers, election registration officers, booth level officers, and booth level agents of political parties have made significant contributions. This has led to success in removing ineligible names from the electoral roll and including new eligible voters. Voters can check their name on the website https://voters.eci.gov.in. However, opposition parties have filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this process, terming it a conspiracy to reduce voters before the elections, but the Election Commission has clarified that it was impartial and as per rules. Preparations are intensifying in Bihar for the next assembly elections, and this final voter list will make the election process more transparent.
