ਬਿਹਾਰ ਚੋਣਾਂ: ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਖਤਮ, ਭਲਕੇ 122 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੋਟਾਂ
ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਭਲਕੇ 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ 122 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਨਤੀਜੇ 14 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ 65 ਫੀਸਦ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਐੱਨ ਡੀ ਏ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਗੇੜ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲਈ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪੈਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ 14 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਣਗੇ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ 65 ਫੀਸਦ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ 122 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਦਕਿ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ 121 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ 20 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਚੰਪਾਰਨ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਚੰਪਾਰਨ, ਸੀਤਾਮੜ੍ਹੀ, ਸ਼ਿਵਹਾਰ, ਮਧੂਬਨੀ, ਸੁਪੌਲ, ਅਰਰੀਆ, ਕਿਸ਼ਨਗੰਜ, ਪੂਰਨੀਆ, ਕਟਿਹਾਰ, ਭਾਗਲਪੁਰ, ਬਾਂਕਾ, ਜਮੂਈ, ਨਵਾਦਾ, ਗਯਾ, ਔਰੰਗਾਬਾਦ, ਜਹਾਨਾਬਾਦ, ਅਰਵਾਲ, ਕੈਮੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਹਤਾਸ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨੇ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਈ ਸੀ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਾਗਠਜੋੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਰ ਜੇ ਡੀ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਉਦੈ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਰਾਮ, ਕਟਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਡਵਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਦਲ ਨੇਤਾ ਸ਼ਕੀਲ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਖਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੀ ਪੀ ਆਈ (ਐੱਮ ਐੱਲ) ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਦਲ ਨੇਤਾ ਮਹਿਬੂਬ ਆਲਮ ਚੋਣ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਐੱਨ ਡੀ ਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ 53 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ 48 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਈ ਵੀ ਐੱਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਲ (ਯੂ) ਦੇ 44, ਲੋਕ ਜਨਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਰਾਮ ਵਿਲਾਸ) ਦੇ 15, ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਲੋਕ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ 4 ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨੀ ਆਵਾਮ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ 6 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇ। ਐੱਨ ਡੀ ਏ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਿਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜੇ ਪੀ ਨੱਢਾ, ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ, ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ, ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਯੋਗੀ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆਨਾਥ, ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਹਨ ਯਾਦਵ, ਬਿਹਾਰ ਚੋਣ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਧਰਮੇਂਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਚਿਰਾਗ ਪਾਸਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਤਨ ਰਾਮ ਮਾਂਝੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਮਹਾਗਠਜੋੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੇਜਸਵੀ ਯਾਦਵ, ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ, ਮਲਿਕਾਰਜੁਨ ਖੜਗੇ, ਪ੍ਰਿਯੰਕਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵਾਡਰਾ, ਮੁਕੇਸ਼ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਪਾਂਕਰ ਭੱਟਾਚਾਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 37,013,556 ਵੋਟਰ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ 45,399 ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਨੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 40,073 ਪੇਂਡੂ ਅਤੇ 5,326 ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਬੂਥ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਗੇੜ ਲਈ 1302 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 136 ਔਰਤਾਂ, 1165 ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਅਤੇ 1 ਥਰਡ ਜੈਂਡਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨੇ। ਮਹਾਗਠਜੋੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਰ ਜੇ ਡੀ 72, ਕਾਂਗਰਸ 37, ਵੀ ਆਈ ਪੀ 10 ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ 5 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਲੜ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ।
The campaign for the second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections ended completely this evening. This has brought an end to the sharp verbal exchanges and political activities between the opposition parties for power in the state that had been going on for a month. Voting for the second phase will take place on November 11 and results će come on November 14. Voting in the first phase was held on November 6 with a record 65 percent voter turnout. The second phase will see voting on 122 assembly seats, while the first phase had 121 seats.
Voting in the second phase will be held in 20 districts including West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Banka, Jamui, Nawada, Gaya, Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Arwal, Kaimur, and Rohtas. After the first phase, record voting is expected in the second phase as well. In the first phase, women voted more than men.
In the second phase, senior RJD leader and former assembly speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary from Mahagathbandhan, state Congress president Rajesh Ram, Congress legislative party leader Shakeel Ahmad Khan from Kadwa constituency in Katihar, and CPI(ML) legislative party leader Mahboob Alam are contesting. In NDA, the fate of 53 BJP candidates will be decided. In the first phase, the fate of 48 BJP candidates has already been sealed in EVMs. In the second phase, Janta Dal (U) has 44, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has 15, Rashtriya Lok Morcha has 4, and Hindustani Awam Morcha has 6 candidates in the fray. NDA's star campaigners included Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP president JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Bihar election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, Chirag Paswan, and Jitan Ram Manjhi. From Mahagathbandhan, Tejashwi Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Mukesh Sahni, and Dipankar Bhattacharya led the campaign.
A total of 37,013,556 voters will cast their votes in the second phase. For this, 45,399 polling stations have been set up, including 40,073 rural and 5,326 urban booths. For the second phase, 1302 candidates are in the field, including 136 women, 1165 men, and 1 third gender candidate. In Mahagathbandhan, RJD is contesting 72, Congress 37, VIP 10, and other ally parties 5 seats.
