ਭੁੱਲਰ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਕੇਸ: ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਨੂੰ 12 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲਈ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ, 28 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ
ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਤੋਂ 12 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 28 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੇਸ 8 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 7.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਨਕਦ ਤੇ ਸੋਨਾ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਹੋਇਆ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ 12 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 28 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ 16 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕਬਾੜੀ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ 8 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਰੋਪੜ ਰੇਂਜ ਦੇ ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਰੁਪਏ ਲੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜਗ੍ਹਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ 7.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਨਕਦ ਅਤੇ 2.5 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ।
ਕਬਾੜੀ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਬੱਟਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੇ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਪਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹੀਂ 8 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਲਏ ਗਏ। ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਪੜ ਰੇਂਜ ਦਾ ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਮਹਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਨ। ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਲੰਮਬਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਲਗਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਾਚ, ਆਯਾਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ, ਹਥਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਜਾਂਚ ਅਜੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ 14 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਕਸਟਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਦੇ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
The CBI has filed an application in the special court in Chandigarh seeking 12 days of remand for questioning the arrested middleman Krishanu in the bribery case of former DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar. The court has scheduled the hearing in this bribery case for October 28. During the investigation, it has come to light that middleman Krishanu had connections with several other senior officials, so the CBI will also question him about other officials.
It is noteworthy that on October 16, the CBI caught a young man red-handed taking Rs 8 lakh bribe from a scrap dealer, who was acting in the name of Ropar Range DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar. After this, the CBI also arrested Harcharan Singh Bhullar in the said bribery case. After the arrest, the CBI team seized Rs 7.5 crore in cash and 2.5 kilograms of gold jewelry from various locations.
Scrap dealer Akash Batta had complained that Bhullar demanded bribe through middleman Krishanu to settle a 2023 cheating case and took Rs 8 lakh. Bhullar was appointed as Ropar Range DIG in November 2024 and is the son of former Punjab DGP Mahal Singh Bhullar. After the arrest, Bhullar has been suspended by the state government.
The CBI raided Bhullar's house and other places, recovering luxury watches, imported liquor, weapons, and property documents. The investigation is ongoing, and the network connected to other officials is being probed. After production in court, Bhullar was sent to 14 days of judicial custody, and now a decision will be made regarding the middleman's remand.
