ਕੈਂਪ ਆਫਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ: ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ
ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰਬਰ 50 ਕੈਂਪ ਆਫਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਆਮ ਕੋਠੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਵੀ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਆਪ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ 2 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰਬਰ 50 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਂਪ ਆਫਿਸ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਗਲਤ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੋਠੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਆਮ ਕੋਠੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਵਿੱਚ 45 ਤੋਂ 50 ਨੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਠੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਹਿਣਗੇ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰਬਰ 45 ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰਬਰ 50 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੈਂਪ ਆਫਿਸ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਵੀ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਸ ਗੈਸਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਆਰੂਸਾ ਆਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਏਜੀ ਅਤੁਲ ਨੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਆਮ ਕੋਠੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ। ਭਾਜਪਾ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਲੋੜਾ ਤੂਲ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਕੋਟੇ ਹੇਠ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਸਟਾਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਹਨ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ। ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦ ਪੂਨਾਵਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੈਕਸਦਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਹਿਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰ ਸੀਐਮ ਹਨ। ਆਪ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann released a video stating that the BJP is misleading people instead of focusing on real issues in Punjab. He said that a camp office has been set up in Kothi No. 50 in Sector 2, which the BJP is falsely calling a 'Sheesh Mahal'. This house is just like ordinary houses, and in the same line from No. 45 to 50, there is also a house of a Haryana BJP minister. Mann asked if the BJP would call that house a Sheesh Mahal too.
Showing documents, the Chief Minister clarified that Kothi No. 45 is the Chief Minister's residence, and Kothi No. 50 is clearly marked as a camp office, part of the Punjab Chief Minister's setup, and can also be used as a guest house. Guests of the Chief Minister come here to meet and sometimes stay. He said that during the previous Congress government under Captain Amarinder Singh, his guest Arusa Alam and AG Atul Nanda also stayed in this guest house. It is just like a normal house, and calling it Sheesh Mahal is unjustified. The BJP is unnecessarily inflating the issue to mislead people.
A day earlier, the BJP had alleged that former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal is being provided a seven-star Sheesh Mahal in Chandigarh under Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's quota, even though he is neither an elected MLA nor part of the state government. BJP national spokesperson Shahzad Poonawalla also claimed that AAP leaders who lost elections in Delhi have been appointed to various boards and commissions in Punjab. He demanded clarification from Kejriwal and AAP, saying that Delhi voters removed Kejriwal from the Sheesh Mahal, but his mentality hasn't changed. Therefore, another Sheesh Mahal is being built in Punjab with taxpayers' money because Kejriwal is the super CM of Punjab. AAP has condemned this statement as false. This controversy is escalating political tension between BJP and AAP.
