ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ 2025 ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰ ਚਾਰ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ 6 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਅਭਿਸ਼ੇਕ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ 74 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰੀ ਖੇਡ ਕੇ ਮੈਚ ਦਾ ਹੀਰੋ ਬਣਿਆ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ 171 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ, ਪਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 18.5 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ 2025 ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰ ਚਾਰ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ 6 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੈਚ ਦੁਬਈ, ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਅਰਬ ਅਮੀਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ 21 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸੂਰਿਆਕੁਮਾਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ 20 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ 171 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਫਰਹਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 58 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਆਗਾ 17 ਅਤੇ ਫਾਹੀਮ ਅਸ਼ਰਫ 20 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਬਾਦ ਰਹੇ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 172 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ 18.5 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 4 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਅਭਿਸ਼ੇਕ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ 39 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 74 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰੀ ਖੇਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਚ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ (ਪਲੇਅਰ ਆਫ ਦਿ ਮੈਚ) ਬਣਿਆ। ਸ਼ੁਭਮਨ ਗਿੱਲ ਨੇ 28 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 47 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਫਾਹੀਮ ਅਸ਼ਰਫ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦ ’ਤੇ ਕਲੀਨ ਬੋਲਡ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਸੂਰਿਆਕੁਮਾਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਦੌੜ ਬਣਾਏ ਹੈਰਿਸ ਰਾਊਫ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦ ’ਤੇ ਅਬਰਾਰ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਕੈਚ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਏ। ਸੰਜੂ ਸੈਮਸਨ ਨੇ 17 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 13 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ। ਤਿਲਕ ਵਰਮਾ 30 ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਪਾਂਡਿਆ 7 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਬਾਦ ਰਹੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਏ।

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬੁਮਰਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਵਰੁਣ ਚੱਕਰਵਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮੈਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸੂਰਿਆਕੁਮਾਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਅਲੀ ਆਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਥ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਧਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਏ ਦੇ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ 7 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਮੈਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ।

India chased the target of 172 runs in 18.5 overs, losing 4 wickets. Abhishek Sharma played a brilliant knock of 74 runs off 39 balls and was named the Player of the Match. Shubman Gill scored 47 runs off 28 balls but was clean bowled by Faheem Ashraf. Suryakumar Yadav was caught out by Abrar Ahmed off Haris Rauf’s delivery without scoring. Sanju Samson made 13 runs off 17 balls. Tilak Varma (30) and Hardik Pandya (7) remained not out, guiding India to victory.
During Pakistan’s batting, Indian fielders made several errors. Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub were given lifelines by Abhishek Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav, respectively. Pakistan’s first wicket was Fakhar Zaman, who scored 15 runs off 9 balls and was caught by Sanju Samson off Hardik Pandya’s bowling. Saim Ayub scored 21 runs off 17 balls and was caught by Abhishek Sharma off Shivam Dube’s delivery. Hussain Talat scored 10 runs and was caught by Varun Chakravarthy off Kuldeep Yadav’s bowling. Sahibzada Farhan, with 58 runs, was caught by Suryakumar Yadav off Shivam Dube’s delivery. Mohammad Nawaz scored 21 runs and was run out by Suryakumar Yadav.
The Indian team included Jasprit Bumrah and Varun Chakravarthy. Before the match, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav did not shake hands with Pakistan’s captain Salman Ali Aga, escalating tensions between the two nations. Earlier, in a Group A match, India had also defeated Pakistan by 7 wickets, and Indian players refused to shake hands with Pakistani players after that match as well.
