ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦਾ ਡਰ, ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗੀ ਬੁਲੇਟ ਪਰੂਫ਼ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ
ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ NIA ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦ ਭੱਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਏ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਨੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੁਲੇਟ ਪਰੂਫ਼ ਗੱਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ NIA ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ 5 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ
ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਖੜਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (NIA) ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦ ਭੱਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਅਨਮੋਲ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇਸ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦ ਭੱਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤਣਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਡਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਏ ਹੇਠ ਜੀਅ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਨਮੋਲ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਲਿਜਾਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਬੁਲੇਟ ਪਰੂਫ਼ ਗੱਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਲੇਟ ਪਰੂਫ਼ ਜੈਕੇਟ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਸਨੇ ਦਲੀਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਅੱਜਕਲ੍ਹ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ।
ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਖਤਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜੱਜ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਹਾਊਸ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਿੱਧੇ NIA ਦੇ ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ (Threat Assessment) ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦਾ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ 5 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ NIA ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ, ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋਈ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਿੱਦੀਕੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਾਈ-ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੂੰ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
Gangster Anmol Bishnoi, who was deported from the US to India, has now knocked on the court's door citing a threat to his life. Anmol, the brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, has filed an application in the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court, expressing fear of being killed by Pakistani gangster Shahzad Bhatti.
In the application filed through his lawyer, it is stated that Shahzad Bhatti has openly challenged the Lawrence Bishnoi gang through social media posts. According to the plea, due to these threats, Anmol and his family are living under immense mental stress and fear. Anmol has requested the court to provide him with a bulletproof vehicle and a bulletproof jacket whenever he is taken out of jail or for court appearances. He argued that nowadays, social media threats are turning into real-life violent attacks, a recent example of which was seen during an incident in Jalandhar.
Considering the seriousness of the matter and security risks, Special Judge Prashant Sharma took a significant decision to conduct the court hearing directly inside the NIA headquarters instead of the Patiala House Court. The court has directed the security agencies to conduct a fresh threat assessment of Anmol. Meanwhile, the court has extended Anmol Bishnoi's remand until December 5 so that the NIA can question him further.
It is noteworthy that Anmol Bishnoi is a wanted accused in high-profile cases such as the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, the firing outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's house, and the murder of Maharashtra leader Baba Siddique. He was recently arrested in the US and brought back to India
