ਏਅਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਰਵਰ ਡਾਊਨ: ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਕਤਾਰਾਂ
ਏਅਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਰ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੱਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਕਤਾਰਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਗਈਆਂ। ਟਰਮੀਨਲ-2 ਤੇ ਚੈੱਕ-ਇਨ ਮੈਨੂਅਲ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਦਲ ਗਏ। ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਨੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਏਅਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਰ ਠੱਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਸਰਵਰ ਡਾਊਨ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਬੋਰਡਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਕਤਾਰਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਗਈਆਂ। ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਟਰਮੀਨਲ-2 ਤੇ ਸਰਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਟਰਮੀਨਲ-2 ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਇੱਧਰ-ਉੱਧਰ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਏਅਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਰ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਵੀ ਡਾਊਨ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਡਾਊਨ ਹੈ। ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਨੇ ਸਰਵਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਨੇ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਕਈ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮਾਂ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਈ। ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸਰਵਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਚੈੱਕ-ਇਨ ਮੈਨੂਅਲ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ। ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਮੁਸਾਫਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ। ਏਅਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
