ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਸਿਹਤ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ: 22 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ 'ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ'
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 22 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ 'ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ' ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਬੋਝ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਰਚਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ 'ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ' ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ 22 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ 'ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ' ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੰਗੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਇਲਾਜ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਕਸਰ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦੱਬ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਹੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੈਨਲ 'ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਵੇਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਦੀ ਰਹਿਤ (Cashless) ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਰੂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ 22 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ। ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਵੇਗੀ।
Reaffirming its commitment to the health and well-being of the state’s residents, the Punjab Government has announced the implementation of the ‘Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme.’ This significant scheme is set to launch across the state on January 22nd. Through this step, the government has established an ‘emotional bond’ with the people, ensuring that every citizen has access to better treatment without financial hardship.
The launch of this scheme will provide immense relief to those families in Punjab who often fall into debt due to expensive medical treatments. The government believes that a healthy society is the foundation of a prosperous Punjab. Under this insurance plan, cashless treatment facilities will be provided at empaneled government and selected private hospitals. This initiative further strengthens the bond of trust between the state government and the public.
