ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ 'ਤੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਵਾਬ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭੁੱਲਰ 'ਤੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਏ.ਆਈ.ਜੀ. (AIG) ਹਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ 'ਤੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ।
