ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ: ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ
ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮੀਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਿਦ ਅਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ 13 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਅਮੀਰ ਨੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ 73 ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (ਐੱਨਆਈਏ) ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਅਮੀਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਿਦ ਅਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਉਸ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਫਟਣ ਕਾਰਨ 13 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਨ ਬਾਰਨ ਆਈਈਡੀ (ਵੀਬੀਆਈਈਡੀ) ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਣਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਉਨ ਨਬੀ, ਜੋ ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਸੀ, ਇੱਕ ਸੁਆਇਸਾਈਡ ਬੰਬਰ ਸੀ। ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਵ੍ਹਾਈਟ ਕਾਲਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਿਦ ਅਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪੰਪੋਰੇ, ਸੰਬੂਰਾ ਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਮੀਰ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ ਜੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀਬੀਆਈਈਡੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਕਾਰ ਅਮੀਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਿਦ ਅਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਸੀ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਚੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 73 ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਟੀਮ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮੋਨੀਅਮ ਨਾਈਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਫਿਊਲ ਆਇਲ (ਏਐੱਨਐੱਫਓ) ਅਤੇ ਡਿਟੋਨੇਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਜਾਂਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਬੈਠਕਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਦਦ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਨਕ੍ਰਿਪਟਡ ਮੈਸੇਜਾਂ, ਡਰਾਫਟ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਭਾਵਤ ਖਾਸ ਸਰਵਰਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਤਰੇ ਖੰਗਲਣੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) presented an accused linked to the Red Fort blast case in a Delhi court on Monday. The accused, Ameer Rashid Ali, was produced before the Principal District and Sessions Judge. During this hearing, media personnel were not allowed entry into the court. This incident is connected to the blast that occurred on November 10, 2025, near Delhi's Red Fort, where a car filled with explosives detonated, resulting in 13 deaths and several injuries. The NIA has described this incident as a vehicle-borne IED (VBIED) and revealed that the driver, Dr. Umar Un Nabi, a resident of Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, was a suicide bomber. Dr. Umar Nabi carried out the blast without regard for his life and was linked to a white-collar terrorist module. The NIA arrested Ameer Rashid Ali from Delhi, who is a resident of Pampore, Samboora in Jammu and Kashmir. Investigations revealed that Ameer conspired with Dr. Umar Nabi for the blast and came to Delhi to assist in purchasing the car that was later used as a VBIED. This car was registered in the name of Ameer Rashid Ali. The NIA has termed this arrest a major breakthrough in the Red Fort blast case. Additionally, the NIA has seized another vehicle linked to Dr. Umar Nabi and is examining it for evidence. So far, 73 witnesses have been questioned in this case, including those injured in the blast. A special one-member team of the NIA is investigating the case and is working in coordination with Delhi Police, Jammu and Kashmir Police, Haryana Police, Uttar Pradesh Police, and other agencies. The explosives used in the blast included ammonium nitrate fuel oil (ANFO) and detonators. This investigation is also connected to the recovery of explosives in Faridabad, Haryana. After the blast, the Indian government classified it as a terrorist incident and handed over the probe to the NIA. Home Minister Amit Shah also held high-level meetings regarding this, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that those behind the blast will not be spared. Financial assistance of 10 lakh rupees has been announced for the families of the deceased, and support will be provided to the injured. The investigation has also revealed that the accused used encrypted messages, draft emails, and possibly private servers to coordinate their activities. The NIA has further conspiracies to unravel in the Red Fort blast case, and the probe continues.
