ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ (Ayushman Bharat/Mukh Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana) ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਰਾਰਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰੋਟੀਆਂ ਸੇਕਣ ਲਈ ਅਧੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਫੈਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਜਲਦੀ ਨਿਪਟਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਖਿੱਚੋਤਾਣ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਇਲਾਜ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਿਆ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ 'ਤੇ ਭਰਮ ਫੈਲਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਬਜਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਨ ਲਈ 'ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ' ਮੀਲ ਦਾ ਪੱਥਰ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ "ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ" ਸਾਡੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਾਰੀ ਟੋਕ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਨਤਾ ਸਭ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੌਣ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੱਲਾਂ।

He highlighted that under his administration, the health sector has seen unprecedented budget allocations and the expansion of 'Aam Aadmi Clinics,' which are providing free healthcare at the doorstep.
Reassuring the public, Mann said that no citizen would be denied medical care due to administrative delays. He emphasized that the transition to a more efficient healthcare model is underway and called out the previous governments for leaving the system in a shambles.
