ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਾਘੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਨਵਾਂਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 139 ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਦੱਸੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ
ਮਾਘੀ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ 'ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਚਰਚਾ ਛੇੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ (SIT) ਨੇ ਨਵਾਂਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 139 ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਦੇਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉਹ ਸਰੂਪ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਖ਼ਤਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ-ਕਿਤਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ 'ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ' ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਵੱਡਾ ਧ੍ਰੋਹ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਥਾਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਰਤਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੱਜ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਆਪਸੀ ਸਾਂਝ' ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਬੇਭਰੋਸਗੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ SIT ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸਰੂਪ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਸ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਾਈਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
On the holy occasion of Maghi, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann sparked a new debate in Panthic politics from the historic land of Sri Muktsar Sahib. The Chief Minister revealed that the government's Special Investigation Team (SIT) has identified 139 Holy Saroops in a local Gurdwara in Nawanshahr district. These are the Saroops for which there was no concrete record available in the SGPC's books.
Providing more details, the Chief Minister stated that this is not just an accounting error but a major betrayal of the Sikh community's 'emotional bond' and reverence for Guru Sahib. He explained that the investigation has revealed these Saroops were moved from one place to another without being entered into the official records. Directly targeting the Badal family and the then-managers of the SGPC, Mann alleged they treated religious institutions like private fiefdoms, causing a lack of trust instead of 'mutual bonding' among the congregation today.
The Chief Minister further mentioned that the SIT is now investigating whether these Saroops were sent according to regulations or were part of a larger conspiracy. He assured that no culprit, no matter how influential, would be spared. While this disclosure has surprised the public, it has forced the opposition to offer clarifications. This move by the government is being seen as a major effort to strengthen the bond of justice and bring transparency to Panthic institutions.
