ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ: ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ, ਹਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਕੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ

ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (ਐੱਨਆਈਏ) ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਰੋਕੂ ਐਕਟ (ਯੂਏਪੀਏ) ਤੇ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਤਾਰ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਧ ਕੇ 13 ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਕੌਮੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ, ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਸ ਟਰਮੀਨਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਫੇਰੀ ਲਈ ਭੂਟਾਨ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਥਿੰਫੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਕਾਰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।" ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਅੱਜ, ਮੈਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਰੀ ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅੱਜ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਰਾਤ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਇਸ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਹਿ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।" ਉਧਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੁਖਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ (ਸੀਸੀਐੱਸ) ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਬੈਠਕ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਸੀਸੀਐੱਸ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਸੀਸੀਐੱਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਿਰਮਲਾ ਸੀਤਾਰਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਐੱਸ ਜੈਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕੋਤਵਾਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ (ਰੋਕੂ) ਐਕਟ (ਯੂਏਪੀਏ), ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਐਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਐੱਨਐੱਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂਏਪੀਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 16 ਅਤੇ 18 ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ।

ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 3 ਵਜੇ ਵੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਮੋਹਨ, ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਤਪਨ ਡੇਕਾ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਗੋਲਚਾ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਜੀ, ਐੱਨਆਈਏ, ਸਦਾਨੰਦ ਵਸੰਤ ਦਾਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨਲਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਚੁਅਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ।

ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਉਮਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਟਰੋ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੁੰਡਈ ਆਈ20 ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਸਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਜ਼ਖੀਰਾ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮੋਨੀਅਮ ਨਾਈਟ੍ਰੇਟ, ਬਾਲਣ ਤੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਡੈਟੋਨੇਟਰ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ 360 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਅਮੋਨੀਅਮ ਨਾਈਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਕਾਬਪੋਸ਼ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਸਕੈਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੋਨੇ ਖੋਹੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

Union Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the security situation in the national capital and other parts of the country twice on Tuesday following the blast near the Red Fort. Shah held a meeting in the morning and another in the afternoon. He has directed officials to find every culprit involved in the Red Fort blast. Officials said on Tuesday that the investigation into the blast near the Red Fort has been handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Delhi Police registered an FIR under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Explosives Act in connection with the blast near the Red Fort on Tuesday. Police conducted raids at several places in the national capital because initial investigation indicated links between the blast and a terror module uncovered in Faridabad. The death toll in the Delhi explosion has risen to 13. The national capital has been placed on high alert. Strict surveillance is being maintained at airports, railway stations, and bus terminals. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the conspirators of the blast will not be spared and they will be brought to justice. The Prime Minister is on a two-day visit to Bhutan.

During an event in Thimphu, Shri Modi said, "The conspirators of the car blast that occurred in Delhi on Monday will not be spared. All responsible people will be brought to the court of justice." He said, "Today, I have come here with a heavy heart. The horrific incident that happened in Delhi yesterday evening has saddened everyone. I understand the grief of the affected families. Today, the entire country stands with them. I was in contact with all the agencies investigating this incident last night. Our agencies will go to the bottom of this conspiracy. The perpetrators behind it will not be spared. All responsible people will be brought to the court of justice." On the other hand, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has also assured the countrymen that the conspirators of this tragedy will be brought to justice.

Meanwhile, a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) will be held on Wednesday, in which the current situation following the Delhi blast will be reviewed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair this meeting. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will present his report in the CCS meeting. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar are also included in the CCS. At present, investigation agencies are studying all aspects of the Delhi blast.

According to a senior Delhi Police official, an FIR has been registered at Kotwali Police Station under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), Explosives Act, and sections of BNS. Sections 16 and 18 of UAPA have been included in the FIR, which relate to punishment for terrorist attacks and conspiracy.

Sources said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a high-level security review meeting at 11 a.m. Another meeting was held at 3 p.m., and instructions were given to security agencies to find the culprits. The meeting included Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Intelligence Bureau Director Tapan Deka, Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha, and DG, NIA, Sadanand Vasant Date. J&K DGP Nalin Prabhat joined the meeting virtually.

According to sources, Dr. Umar Muhammad, a resident of Pulwama and allegedly a doctor, was driving the Hyundai i20 car used in the blast near the parking area of Lal Qila Metro Station. Police sources said that the first image of the person driving the car in the blast near the Red Fort has surfaced in CCTV footage of the area. They said that he allegedly had links with a terror module in Faridabad, where a large cache of explosive material was seized.

Police sources said that preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that ammonium nitrate, fuel oil, and detonators may have been used in the blast near the Red Fort. They said that the investigation so far indicates a possible connection between the Delhi blast and the Faridabad terror module where 360 kilograms of ammonium nitrate was seized, but final reports are awaited. Police said that CCTV footage of the blast car shows a masked man driving the car. They said that several teams have been deployed to scan CCTV from around the Red Fort and adjacent roads.

NIA said that Delhi Police has taken over the investigation of the Delhi blast. The investigation agency has been working with Delhi Police since the incident. All angles of the terrorist conspiracy in the Red Fort blast investigation are being probed, and security agencies have been ordered to investigate from every aspect.
