ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼: ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਖ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ

ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ’ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਖ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਡੋਨਲਡ ਟਰੰਪ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜੰਗਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਜੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 50 ਫੀਸਦ ਵੀ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਕਿ ਡੋਨਲਡ ਟਰੰਪ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।”

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ’ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਗੁਆਉਣੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ। ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ’ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਕੱਲ ਮੈਂ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਸੁਣਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ਸਵੇਰੇ 1.05 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ 22 ਮਿੰਟ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਕਿ 1.35 ਵਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਫੌਜੀ ਟਿਕਾਣਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤਣਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ।” ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ-ਸਾਫ਼ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕਰੋਗੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਫੌਜੀ ਟਿਕਾਣਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਓਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ। ਇਹ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਹੈ। 30 ਮਿੰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ।”

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੰਡੋਨੇਸ਼ੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਫੌਜੀ ਟਿਕਾਣਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਸ਼ਕ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਖ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਲਿੱਬੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।

ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 1971 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਤਿੰਨ-ਚਾਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਦਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੁਖ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਟੀਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਚੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।” ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੋਚਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਚੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੜ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।

ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ‘ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ’ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਕੇਸੀ ਵੇਣੂਗੋਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਡੋਨਲਡ ਟਰੰਪ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜੰਗਬੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ‘ਤੀਜੀ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਦਖਲ’ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ’ਤੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੀ ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ‘ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਧੂਰ’ ਸਫਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੰਗਬੰਦੀ ’ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।

In a Lok Sabha session, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of using the Indian Army during ‘Operation Sindhur’ to protect his image. He challenged Modi to show courage by declaring U.S. President Donald Trump’s claims about a ceasefire between India and Pakistan as false. Rahul stated, “If Modi has even 50 percent of Indira Gandhi’s courage, he should clearly say in Parliament that Donald Trump is lying.”

He further claimed that if the government had heeded his earlier Lok Sabha warning about China and Pakistan uniting, India would not have lost five aircraft during ‘Operation Sindhur.’ During the Lok Sabha discussion on ‘Operation Sindhur,’ Rahul alleged that the government shared sensitive information with Pakistan immediately after the operation began.

He said, “Yesterday, I heard Rajnath Singh’s speech. He said ‘Operation Sindhur’ started at 1:05 AM and lasted 22 minutes. He revealed a shocking detail: at 1:35 AM, we called Pakistan and informed them we targeted non-military sites and did not want to escalate tensions.” Criticizing the government, Rahul added, “You clearly told Pakistan what you would do. You said you wouldn’t target military sites and didn’t want to escalate tensions. This is self-surrender. Surrender within 30 minutes.”

Citing a comment by defense officer Group Captain Shiv Kumar in Indonesia, Rahul claimed that political leadership prevented attacks on Pakistani military sites and air defenses. He alleged that the entire exercise aimed to protect Prime Minister Modi’s image, as his hands were “stained with the blood of Pulwama attack victims.”

Rahul stated that the government lacks understanding of political will, citing Indira Gandhi’s leadership in 1971 when Pakistan was divided. He said, “Three or four months ago, I warned in this House that India’s biggest foreign policy challenge is keeping Pakistan and China apart. I am sad to say the government destroyed this goal. China and Pakistan have united.” He claimed that during ‘Operation Sindhur,’ the government thought it was fighting Pakistan but suddenly realized it was facing both China and Pakistan.

Opposition Leaders Slam Government Over Pulwama Attack
New Delhi: Opposition leaders in the Lok Sabha called the Pulwama terrorist attack a result of “complete intelligence and security failure” and accused the government of dodging questions and hiding the truth. Congress leader KC Venugopal said U.S. President Donald Trump announced an India-Pakistan ceasefire before the Indian government, indicating “clear third-party interference.” He criticized Home Minister Amit Shah’s speech for focusing on minor issues while ignoring the security failure. Former Home Minister P Chidambaram questioned why the government agreed to a ceasefire after the success of ‘Operation Sindhur.’
