ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਖ਼ਬਰੀ: ਅਗਲੇ ਬਜਟ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਬਜਟ ਤੋਂ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮਦਦ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੋਣ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਬਜਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਦੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੜਾਅਵਾਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਭੱਤੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲਈ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ 18 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਗ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਗਲੇ ਬਜਟ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਰਸਮੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਾਤਲ 'ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਐਲਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਜਲਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕੇ।

The Chief Minister emphasized that the government does not just make promises but also implements them on the ground. Following this announcement, there is a wave of joy among women across the state. The process of identifying eligible beneficiaries at the administrative level may also begin soon to ensure that the benefits reach those truly in need.
