ਬਾਰਡਰ ਸਿਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਫੋਰਸ (BSF) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ ਦੋ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਦਾਓਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਨੇੜੇ ਡਰੋਨ ਦੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ 6.638 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਦੇ 12 ਪੈਕੇਟ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ, ਜਦਕਿ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਰਾਊਂਡ ਸਮੇਤ ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। BSF ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਰੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਨਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੱਲ੍ਹ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਵੱਲ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਕਦਮ ਪੁੱਟਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਬਾਰਡਰ ਸਿਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਫੋਰਸ (BSF) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ 6 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। BSF ਦੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰੋਂ ਡਰੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਖੇਪ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ BSF ਦੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਓਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਡਰੋਨ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਓਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਦੇ 12 ਪੈਕੇਟ ਲੱਭੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੈਕੇਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਵਜ਼ਨ 6.638 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲ ਰਹੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਜਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

The Border Security Force (BSF) has thwarted a major attempt at drug smuggling and arms infiltration by recovering over 6 kg of Heroin and a Pistol during two separate search operations along the India-Pakistan International Border in Punjab. BSF personnel successfully foiled the smugglers' attempt to drop a consignment via Drone from across the border, a threat that continues to dangerously target Punjab’s youth.
An official stated that on Saturday night, BSF troops observed a Drone near Daoke village in the Amritsar sector. A comprehensive search operation was immediately launched. During the search, jawans found 12 packets of Heroin in a field in Daoke village. The total weight of these packets was 6.638 kg. This action provides a significant success in disrupting the drug network spreading within the state.
In another distinct operation, conducted in the border area of Ferozepur, BSF troops recovered a Pistol along with four rounds from agricultural land near Gandu Kilcha village. Although no arrests were made in either incident, the vigilance of the BSF has helped prevent the smuggling of narcotics and weapons. This dedication is crucial for maintaining peace and law and order in Punjab.
