ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਸੀ: ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਪੀ. ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਦੇ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਕਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਿਦਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਨੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 1984 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੋਂ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਗਲਤ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਗਲਤੀ ਲਈ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਜਾਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਫੌਜ, ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੌਜ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਦਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੀ. ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹिदਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਆਦਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੀ. ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਦੇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪੀ. ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 1984 ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੋਂ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆਉਣੀ ਪਈ ਸੀ ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਇੱਕੱਲਾ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਇਜ਼ਤੀ ਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੋਲਡਨ ਟੈਂਪਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਗਲਤ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਜੂਨ 1984 ਦਾ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਫੌਜ, ਪੁਲੀਸ, ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਫੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਗਲਤੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੇਣੀ ਪਈ। ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੀ. ਚਿਦੰਬਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
