ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਸਲਾਹ
ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਾਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖਤ ਰੁਖ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਰੁਖ ਸਖਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ (MEA) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਇਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਐਡਵਾਈਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਵਾਪਸ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਰਤ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ। ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ 2019 ਦੇ ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਘਟਨਾ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 27 ਅਪਰੈਲ, 2025 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਸਿਰਫ 29 ਅਪਰੈਲ, 2025 ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਵਾਜਬ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਲੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
Following the recent deadly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, South Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 individuals and injured many others, the Government of India has taken a firm diplomatic stance. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued an advisory urging all Indian citizens currently in Pakistan to return to India immediately and advised against any new travel to Pakistan.
This attack marks the most serious act of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir since the Pulwama attack in 2019, which killed 40 soldiers.
India has also suspended visa services for Pakistani nationals with immediate effect. All visas issued before April 27, 2025, have been cancelled, and medical visas will only remain valid until April 29, 2025.
Furthermore, the Indian government has requested that all Pakistani nationals in India should leave the country before their visa expires, in line with these updated regulations.
This strong diplomatic move is being seen as a clear message that India will no longer maintain a soft stance on cross-border terrorism and will now adopt a more stringent policy towards Pakistan.
