ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ 'ਚ ਬੈਠੇ 61 ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕੰਜਾ: ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ‘ਬਲੈਕ ਲਿਸਟ’
ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ 61 ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਸੂਚੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। 'ਵਾਰ ਆਨ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ' ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਕਲਚਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੜ੍ਹੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਢਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। 'ਵਾਰ ਆਨ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ' (War on Gangsters) ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 61 ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ, ਕਤਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜੁਰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਯੂਏਈ, ਆਰਮੇਨੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਯੂਰਪੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੱਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 61 ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਈ ਸਿਰਦਰਦੀ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਕਸਦ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਟਰਪੋਲ (Interpol) ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੈੱਡ ਕਾਰਨਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਿਕਾਣਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਇਸ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣੀ ਰਹੇ।

Under the 'War on Gangsters' campaign, 61 notorious gangsters have been identified who are operating serious crimes like extortion, murder, and drug trafficking in India while sitting abroad.
According to government sources, these gangsters have taken refuge in countries such as Canada, the USA, UAE, Armenia, and several European nations. These criminals often use social media to lure youth and push them into the world of crime. The list of 61 gangsters includes several high-profile names who have been a constant headache for the police for a long time.
The primary objective of this operation is to choke the financial resources of these criminals and use the assistance of Interpol to issue Red Corner Notices for their extradition to India. The government is also conducting continuous raids on their associates and hideouts located within India. Law enforcement believes that breaking this foreign-based criminal network is essential to maintaining communal harmony and peace in the state.
