ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ 26 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਹਲਫ਼ਦਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਏ। ਇਹ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਹਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਵੀ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ 26 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੌਮੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਸੱਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਪਲ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪਰਵੇਸ਼ ਵਰਮਾ, ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਸੂਦ, ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ, ਕਪਿਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ, ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਇੰਦਰਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਕਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕੀ। ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਫ਼ ਲਿਆ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਰਾਮਲੀਲਾ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਗੂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਏ। ਐੱਨਡੀਏ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਥੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਲਗਾਈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਚੌਥੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣੀ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਸ਼ਾਲੀਮਾਰ ਬਾਗ ਤੋਂ 50 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਂ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਵੋਟ ਬੈਂਕ ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਹਿਮੀਅਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
