ਯਮੁਨਾ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸਵੇਅ 'ਤੇ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਰ: 7 ਬੱਸਾਂ ਤੇ 3 ਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਟੱਕਰ, 13 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ
ਮਥੁਰਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਯਮੁਨਾ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸਵੇਅ ਉੱਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੜਕੇ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 7 ਬੱਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ 3 ਕਾਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਟੱਕਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 13 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ 25 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।
ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੱਜ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਤੜਕੇ ਯਮੁਨਾ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸਵੇਅ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਮਥੁਰਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਇਸ ਟੱਕਰ ਵਿੱਚ 7 ਬੱਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ 3 ਕਾਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਏ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 13 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸੜ ਗਏ, ਅਤੇ 25 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰ 127 ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਆਗਰਾ ਲੇਨ 'ਤੇ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਘੱਟ ਦਿਸਣ ਹੱਦ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਟੱਕਰ ਇੰਨੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਦੜ ਮੱਚ ਗਈ।
ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ, ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਦੀਆਂ 11 ਗੱਡੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀਆਂ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਮਥੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਐਸਐਸਪੀ ਸ਼ਲੋਕ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 25 ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਖਤਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਲਈ ਡੀਐਨਏ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਯੋਗੀ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆਨਾਥ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ 2 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ 50,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
A horrific and tragic road accident occurred early this morning on the Yamuna Expressway near Mathura due to the prevalent dense fog across North India. This collision in the Mathura district involved multiple vehicles, including 7 buses and 3 cars, many of which caught fire after the initial impact. At least 13 people died tragically in this accident, most of them from burn injuries, and over 25 people were injured.
According to the police, the accident took place on the Agra-Noida lane near Milestone 127 of the Expressway due to extremely low visibility caused by dense fog. The collision was so severe that several vehicles instantly caught fire, causing panic among the passengers.
Upon receiving the information about the accident, police, 11 fire tenders, and local administrative teams immediately rushed to the scene. Officials quickly launched rescue operations. Mathura SSP Shlok Kumar confirmed that 25 injured people were immediately admitted to hospitals for treatment. He added that the injured are out of danger, but DNA testing will be conducted to identify the deceased due to the severity of the burns.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed profound grief over the tragic incident. He also announced compensation of ₹2 lakh for the families of the deceased and ₹50,000 for each injured person. He directed officials to ensure road safety during periods of dense fog.
