ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (AAP) ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦਾ ਗਲਾ ਘੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਉਤਰ ਕੇ ਡਟਵਾਂ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰਮਾਹਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਜਨਤਕ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਅਤੇ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਗਲਾ ਘੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੋਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਲੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੋਈ ਚਾਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚੇਗਾ।" ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਜਾਂਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਖੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੱਕਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਰਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਿੱਦੜ-ਭਬਕੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋਸ਼ ਭਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਈਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਬਰ ਦਾ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਟੁੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਵਧਣ ਦੇ ਆਸਾਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring has stirred the political waters with a defiant stance against the ruling authorities. Addressing a gathering, a visibly emotive Warring declared, "When you attempt to strangle us, we are left with no choice but to fight back." This forceful statement comes in the wake of ongoing legal actions and vigilance probes targeting several senior Congress leaders in the state.
Warring accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab of engaging in "vendetta politics." He claimed that instead of addressing the pressing issues of the citizens, the government is pre-occupied with hatching conspiracies to put opposition leaders behind bars. Drawing on the party's historical legacy of sacrifices, Warring asserted that Congress members would not be intimidated by such "bullying tactics." He also lashed out at the Central government, alleging that constitutional institutions are being misused to endanger the very fabric of democracy.
Throughout his speech, Warring urged party workers to stand united against injustice, stating that when patience runs out, revolution begins. He made it clear that the Congress is prepared to go to any lengths to protect the interests of Punjab and the dignity of its workers.
