ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਦੋ-ਟੁੱਕ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ: 'ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡੋ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਚ 'ਤੇ ਬੈਠੋ'
ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਕਦਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਗੂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ, ਉਹੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ (CWC) ਦੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਦੋ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ—ਇੱਕ 'ਪਲੇਅਰ' (ਖਿਡਾਰੀ) ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ 'ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ'।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਆਗੂ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਟੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਜੋ ਆਗੂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਚ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਠਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾਉਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸੀ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਮੁੜ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

On the other hand, those who only wish to enjoy the benefits of their positions without engaging in the grassroots struggle will be placed on the reserve bench.
Rahul Gandhi emphasized that to strengthen the Congress party, it is vital to build an emotional bond with the people. According to him, Congress leaders must set aside internal differences and unite like a family to regain the trust of the nation. He hinted that major changes are on the horizon for the party, where decisions will be based solely on performance and results.
During the CWC meeting, he focused heavily on commitment to the party's ideology and the urgent need to connect with the masses. Following this statement by Rahul Gandhi, there has been a significant stir within party circles, as he has made it clear that a complacent attitude will no longer be tolerated. The focus of the Congress party reorganization will now be on accountability and active participation of all Congress leaders.
