ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਝੂਠੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਕੀਤੇ: ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਗਏ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਆਮ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਦਦ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ (SIR) ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਤਰੇਈ ਮਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਗਏ 1,600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ "ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਪੈਸਾ" ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਭਾਜਪਾ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਰੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਝੱਲੀ ਹੈ। ਲਗਭਗ 5 ਲੱਖ ਏਕੜ ਫਸਲ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਬੇਘਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਪਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਫੜਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਢੋਲ ਵਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਦੇ ਫੰਡ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ SDRF) ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਣੇ ਹੀ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਫੰਡ ਉਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੁਧਾਈ (SIR) 'ਤੇ ਉੱਠ ਰਹੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ 'ਤੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਦ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਉਲਟਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਮੰਗਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਰੋਹਤਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬਾਸਕਟਬਾਲ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਖੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੁੱਖ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾੜੇ ਖੇਡ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੇ।
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has accused the Central Government of treating Punjab like a stepchild. The Chief Minister explicitly stated that the state has not received a "single penny" from the Rs 1,600 crore flood relief package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Punjab. He remarked that leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are trying to mislead the people of Punjab by telling lies and presenting incorrect figures.
Getting emotional, Chief Minister Mann said that the people of Punjab have endured immense devastation due to floods. Approximately 5 lakh acres of crops were destroyed, and thousands of people became homeless, but instead of supporting Punjabis in this hour of crisis, the Central Government has only kept them on false promises. He clarified that the funds the BJP leaders are boasting about are routine funds (such as SDRF) that the state would have received even if there were no floods. These funds are absolutely not part of the special package announced by the Prime Minister.
Furthermore, Bhagwant Mann addressed the questions arising regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists by the Election Commission. He stated that when state governments are raising objections to this process, the Election Commission should come forward and clarify the situation itself, rather than demanding proofs in return.
Speaking on the death of a basketball player in Rohtak, Haryana, the Chief Minister said he went to share the grief of a bereaved family, but the Haryana Chief Minister is labeling it as politics. Mann said that precious lives are being lost due to poor sports infrastructure, which is deeply tragic. He also warned the Centre to stop unnecessary interference in matters like Panjab University and Chandigarh.
