ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਕੋਰਟ ’ਚ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ, ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ
ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਡਰੱਗ ਮਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਕੋਰਟ ’ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਅਣਐਲਾਨੀ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਅੰਬ ਸਾਹਿਬ ’ਚ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਵੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਗੇ।
ਡਰੱਗ ਮਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਮਿਆਦ ਮੁੱਕਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਣਐਲਾਨੀ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ’ਤੇ ਲੋਧੀ ਨੰਗਲ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਲਿੱਪ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਆਉਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਦਮਨਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਲੋਕ ਲਹਿਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਸਾਬਕਾ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਫੇਜ਼ ਅੱਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਅੰਬ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਸੱਦੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਵੀ ਉਚੇਚੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ’ਚ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia, arrested by the Punjab Vigilance Bureau in a case involving drug money and disproportionate assets, will be presented in Mohali court today after the completion of his seven-day remand, amid heightened tensions in Punjab politics. Strict security arrangements have been made outside the Mohali court to manage the situation. Majithia’s lawyers have already approached the High Court to challenge his vigilance arrest.
Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal has accused the Bhagwant Mann government of imposing undeclared emergency measures in Punjab. Sharing a video clip of Akali workers from the Lodhi Nangal area on his Facebook account, he wrote that Akali workers coming to express solidarity with Bikram Singh Majithia during his Mohali court hearing are being stopped through police barricades and prevented from reaching Mohali.
Badal stated that the Bhagwant Mann government’s oppressive actions will not intimidate Akali workers, and they will respond firmly by launching a people’s movement. Former Akali minister Bikram Singh Majithia is set to be presented in Mohali court today after the end of his seven-day vigilance remand.
Meanwhile, the Shiromani Akali Dal has called for a gathering at Gurudwara Amb Sahib in Mohali’s Phase 8 to show solidarity, where Sukhbir Singh Badal will also be present prominently. This incident highlights the ongoing friction between the Bhagwant Mann government and the Akali Dal, raising concerns about national security and governance in Punjab.
