ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਰੈਪਰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਮਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਥਿਤ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੈਪਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਉਦੋਂ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਗਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਸੰਮਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ।
ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ 'ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਹਨ। ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਰੈਪਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਇਹ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਜਗਤ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਜਾਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
Popular Indian rapper and singer Badshah has landed in a major legal soup. The Haryana State Women's Commission has directed the police to arrest and produce Badshah before them. This action was taken after Badshah failed to appear for hearings despite repeated summons issued by the Commission.
The Commission has raised strong objections to the language used in some of Badshah's songs. According to the complaint, the lyrics of his songs are derogatory toward women and contain vulgarity. The Commission's Chairperson clarified that artists cannot be allowed to spread wrong messages in society or disrespect women under the guise of creativity.
Notably, while several rappers have faced similar allegations in the past, this strict stance by the Women's Commission is being viewed as a significant warning to the entertainment industry. The police are now preparing for further action following the Commission's orders. If Badshah does not appear before the authorities soon, his legal troubles are likely to escalate.
